SANTA CLARA, Calif. (KRON) – There’s something for everyone on Super Bowl Sunday. Even if you’re not interested in the football game itself, there are plenty of other activities and festivities to enjoy.
Some come for the commercials, some for the parties, and some especially look forward to the food. But for actual attendees at this Sunday’s Super Bowl LX, the food and drink menu might be a bit more decadent than your average tailgating fare.
The official dishes to be served at Levi’s Stadium on Sunday were unveiled on Wednesday morning during a media preview showcase. With the big game taking place in California’s Bay Area, the menu items pay homage to the region’s rich food and beverage culture, and Super Bowl LX attendees in Santa Clara can expect dishes inspired by local specialties.

Gilroy Garlic Steak Frites
“Seared California hanger steak, sliced and served atop hand-cut frites with a rich au poivre sauce, crisped Gilroy garlic and pink peppercorns,” reads a description by Levy Restaurant group, which has partnered with the NFL and Super Bowl LX. Dungeness Crab Potachos
“Fresh, local Dungeness crab layered with hand-cut Kennebec potato chips, decadent Petaluma white cheddar fondue sauce, sea salt and chives.”

‘Super Shucker’ Hog Island Oyster Sampler
“Half-dozen oysters featuring a selection sourced from Hog Island’s farm in Marshall, California, served with its Hogwash mignonette, lemon and hot sauce.“

“Char-grilled footlong all-beef hot dog topped with Chinese hot mustard, char siu pork, sriracha, and shredded yellow daikon.“

Impossible Rooftop Cheesesteak
“Bulgogi glazed plant-based meat chopped up with caramelized onions, kale sourced from Levi’s Stadium’s on-site Faithful Farm, vegan gochujang aioli on a fresh roll.“

“A signature maki roll just for the Big Game. Buttery Alaskan King crab, cucumber and seasoned rice, finished with A5 wagyu, Tsar Nicoulai Black Osetra caviar, shaved truffle and gold flake.“

Of course, a great entree is not complete without a tasty drink to complement it. Attendees will notice the Super Bowl LX drink menu has items named and inspired by Bay Area landmarks:

There are also exclusive menu items for the owners’ club and VIP suite attendees. For those at the owners’ club, these are the two featured menu items: 12-Hour Smoked Short Rib Pastrami and Sonoma Mountain Beef-Chetta.
