Dunkin’s new Barbie collab turns everything pink
Summer’s here and apparently, there’s something about the sunshine that makes pink more appealing then ever. The vibrant shade is especially fun this time of year, and Dunkin’ is giving the people what they crave with its new summer menu lineup of pretty iced drinks created alongside the queen of pink: Barbie.

For a limited time, the new iced drinks can be topped with Barbie Pink Strawberry Cold Foam, adding a strawberry flavor and pink finish to an iced beverage. Beyond the new coffee drinks and signature pink cold foam, we also get a stop-motion Barbie video featuring Barbie and Ken on a Dunkin’ run.
The new iced drinks include:
- Ultimate Pink Daydream Refresher: This Refresher features pink pineapple flavors and oatmilk with the Barbie Pink Strawberry Cold Foam on top.
- Double Strawberry Daydream Refresher: If you’re super into strawberry, try this Strawberry Dragonfruit and oatmilk blend that also includes the Barbie Pink Strawberry Cold Foam.
- Pink Mango Daydream Refresher: Mango Pineapple and oatmilk combined with Barbie Pink Strawberry Cold Foam gives you that perfectly fruity vibe.
- Pink Cherry Daydream Refresher: Black Cherry, oatmilk and Barbie Pink Strawberry Cold Foam combine for a drink that’s both flavorful and creamy.
- Strawberry Cloud Matcha: Matcha, vanilla and Barbie Pink Strawberry Cold Foam come together for this sweet blend.
- Strawberries & Creme Cloud Dunkalatte: Espresso, coffee milk and vanilla flavors topped with Barbie Pink Strawberry Cold Foam take your latte to the next level.
- Almond Strawberry Shortcake Iced Coffee: Original Blend iced coffee, French vanilla and toasted almond flavors finished off with Barbie Pink Stawberry Cold Foam.
The pink-flavored fun doesn’t end there. Dunkin’ is also bringing us the new Pink Pineapple Refresher that features a light pink iced drink with notes of pineapple, raspberry and hibiscus. You can choose your own base of green tea, black tea, lemonade, oatmilk, protein milk or sparkling water.

If you live in the NYC area, you can immerse yourself in Barbie and pink drinks with a Barbie DreamHouse-inspired store takeover at a Manhattan Dunkin’. The event starts June 10 and will give Dunkin’ (and Barbie) fans a chance to grab a pink drink and take photos in Barbie’s DreamHouse.
A Barbie Pink Pineapple cup will be available for purchase on June 12 at select locations while supplies last. A few new snack items are hitting the menu as well. You can try out a Rocket Pop Classic Donut, a Golden BBQ Hash Brown Wake-Up Wrap or Golden BBQ Loaded Hash Browns.
