Those cowboys sure have a way with butter.
Nexstar’s WKRG recently welcomed Josie Jones of the Alabama Cattlemen’s Association to the studio, where she demonstrated her recipe for cowboy butter sauce. It’s the perfect condiment for slathering on a ribeye, dunking a forkful of steak into, or (if you’re throwing caution to the wind) sipping by the spoonful.
The best part? It all comes together quicker than you can sear a steak. Watch Nexstar’s “Cooking With John” segment for the technique, then check out the below recipe for the specifics.
