On Tuesday, Feb. 10, at 11 a.m. ET, McDonald’s is debuting its McNugget Caviar kit on McNuggetCaviar.com. The kit includes a 1-ounce tin of McNugget Caviar, a $25 Arch Card to purchase Chicken McNuggets, creme fraiche, and a Mother of Pearl caviar spoon. The McNugget Caviar is Baerii Sturgeon caviar from Paramount Caviar.
And yes, it’s completely free.

The press release hints that McDonald’s may release more Valentine’s related launches, and suggests keeping an eye out for @McDonalds on Instagram, TikTok, X and Facebook “for more ways to celebrate the season of love with the Golden Arches.”
Surprisingly viral Progresso Soup Drops sell out online
Caviar-topped chicken nuggets are increasingly trendy in the culinary landscape, exploding onto the scene in early 2024, perhaps most famously at COQODAQ in New York City. The crown jewel of the Korean American restaurant is its trademarked “The Golden Nugget,” a caviar-laden chicken nugget. The item became particularly popular during the 2024 U.S. Open, with the Internet abuzz over the $100 snack.
Casual caviar, or pairing caviar with a more casual food item, continues to be an ever-evolving trend: Caviar Kaspia in New York is offering caviar grilled cheese; New York Yacht Club has caviar tater tots on its menu; Verse in Los Angeles makes caviar-topped cheesecake; and Uoichiba in Los Angeles sells caviar ice cream sandwiches.
