If Burger King messes up your Whopper, the next one is on the house, according to the fast food chain’s new “Whopper Guarantee.”
The company announced in a release this week that if the iconic burger “doesn’t meet a Guest’s expectations, the brand will not only continue to remake it on the spot, but they’ll offer the Guest’s next Whopper for free.”
“The Whopper is the brand’s most beloved item, and Guests expect to have it served hot, and exactly the way they ordered it,” the release stated. Unsatisfied guests can scan a QR code inside their Whopper box to receive a six-digit code redeemable for a free classic Whopper.

Burger King said it is also introducing a new manager role to greet customers, ensure proper meal preparation, and be “available to make things right whenever needed.”
Dubbed the “Your Way Champion” in an apparent nod to the company’s “Have It Your Way” jingle, the person in this role will be easily identifiable in a “Your Way Champion” uniform, the release added.
“When we asked Guests where we could do better, they gave us a lot of honest feedback, and now it’s our responsibility to act on it,” Tom Curtis, president of Burger King U.S. and Canada, said. “We’re not going to get everything right every single time, but we’re committed to listening intently and improving every day.”
