Pizza Hut offers 67 cent wings from Nov. 6-7 in honor of phrase ‘67’

Pizza Hut is jumping on the 6 7 trend.

The pizza chain is offering boneless wings for just 67 cents each, about half the usual price, on Nov. 6-7 with the code SIXSEVEN at checkout.

67 was recently declared Word of the Year 2025 by dictionary.com. Searches for 67 grew significantly over the summer, increasing more than sixfold since June, according to the website.

A popular term used by Gen Alpha, 67 doesn’t necessarily have a meaning. Dictionary.com explains it can mean “so-so” or “maybe this, maybe that,” and it can be a phrase to frustrate elders and a way to signal you’re part of an in-group. Some describe 67 as the Gen Alpha equivalent of Gen Z’s 21.

Pizza Hut is not the only restaurant chain to jump on the 67 trend. An Alabama franchise of Domino’s is promoting $6.70 pizza with the code 67, although the promotion has not been promoted nationally by Domino’s corporate.

The 67 trend has been popular at In-N-Out, with viral videos on TikTok and Instagram depicting crowds excitedly waiting for workers to call out order No. 67.

Even home cooks are hopping on the trend: A TikTok of a homemade burger shaped like 67 has garnered 5.5 million views.
