If you’re not a PSL fan, or you’re just ready to jump straight to the good stuff (heaping plates of turkey, holiday parties, presents, and New Year’s Eve), Starbucks is already way ahead of you.
Starbucks just announced it’s adding four new beverages and a few new sweet and savory treats to its holiday menu — including a braised short rib grilled cheese — and you can officially start ordering them on Nov. 5. Don’t worry, they’re bringing back the classics too, including the Peppermint Mocha (which some of us think is vastly superior to the PSL).
Sip into the season: The 2026 Starbucks holiday drink lineup

- Tiramisu Velvet Latte (hot or iced): Inspired by the classic Italian sweet, the Tiramisu Velvet Latte is topped with a velvet mascarpone cold foam and a dusting of cocoa and coffee powder. (Read: Not red velvet, just velvety texture!)
- Tiramisu Velvet Cold Brew: The Tiramisu Velvet Cold Brew uses Starbucks’ standard cold brew and finishes it off with the same mascarpone foam and cocoa-coffee dusting.
- Apple Pomegranate Refresher: For a lighter, fruitier option, the Apple Pomegranate Refresher mixes crisp apple flavors with popping pomegranate pearls.
- Snowy Apple Pomegranate Refresher: The Snowy Apple Pomegranate Refresher offers a creamier take. It uses the same apple and pomegranate base, but blends it with coconut milk.
Sweet treats and savory bites: The new Starbucks holiday food menu

- Bearista Cake Pop: If you weren’t able to get a glass Bearista during the winter fiasco of 2025 or the pink version this spring (or even the Snoopy cup), you can now eat a miniature version of it. Inspired by the iconic cold cup, this cake pop is cute but will only be on the menu for a limited time. (Which is very on-brand for Starbucks.)
- Braised Short Rib Grilled Cheese: This is arguably the most intriguing new menu item. We’re definitely here for a warm, comforting winter sandwich, though some fans online are already speculating that the addition of short rib might make this Starbucks’ first sandwich to cross the $10 mark.
- Turkey & Stuffing Sandwich: This holiday staple was on the menu years ago (back when it was called a panini), but the company pulled it. Now it’s finally coming back with a brand-new recipe. To say people are excited is an understatement — fans online are calling its return a sign that “the world is healing” and predicting it will sell out quickly.
If you just want the classics, the Cranberry Bliss Bar, Snowman Cookie, and Sugar Plum Cheese Danish are all making their official return on Nov. 5 too.
Here’s a look at the 2026 Starbucks holiday cups and merch

Of course, a new menu means new cups. Starbucks is releasing several merchandise collections this season, starting on Nov. 5 with the Bearista line, retro Peppermint Mocha drinkware, and the Holiday Village collection, which includes that ceramic Christmas tree mug pictured above.
If you’re holding out for the Winter Wonderland Collection, which features cool-toned drinkware with wintry textures, you will have to wait just a little bit longer — that line doesn’t launch until Nov. 17. The original Bearista Glass Cold Cup is also returning this season, but Starbucks hasn’t announced the drop date for that one yet.
