About this recipe
Kimberly McCune Gibson, owner of The Hive & Honey Hill and author of “The Wisdom of Bees,” is sharing her recipe for hot honey pimento cheese dip. It’s an easy and cost-effective recipe that’s great for Easter or a game.
“The sharper your cheese, the better,” she said. “And why not support a local company?”
Mike’s Hot Honey is coming to coffee and cocktails
McCune Gibson recommends draining the pimentos overnight and says that you can even make this dip the night before.
“You could serve this with anything,” she said, noting it goes well with crackers, veggies and chips.
