Fun and tasty for a party, the recipe process is quite easy. Simply mix brown sugar, cinnamon and cayenne pepper, then dip bacon strips into the sweet and spicy mixture before twisting the bacon. Cook the bacon twits on a wire rack for 35 minutes at 350 degrees F.

Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil and top with a wire rack.

Combine the brown sugar, black pepper, cinnamon, and cayenne pepper in a shallow bowl.

Press each slice of bacon into the sugar-spice mixture to coat.

Twist each bacon strip from both ends and place the twisted slices on the wire rack.

Bake until the bacon is browned and crisp, about 30 to 40 minutes.
