The new lineup, which officially launched on Sept. 1, features what Baskin-Robbins is calling “indulgent desserts designed to turn everyday occasions into something worth savoring.” With all of the TikTok videos teaching us how to make Biscoff-flavored lattes, I’m surprised this didn’t happen sooner (and that Starbucks didn’t beat them to the punch).
It pretty much goes without saying that everyone and their mother is obsessed with Biscoff. - Biscoff Crème Brûlée Ice Cream: A French custard ice cream blended with Biscoff cookie pieces and caramelized sugar-flavored swirls. Baskin-Robbins describes it as “pillowy soft.”
- Biscoff Cookie Layered Sundae: A three-scoop helping of Biscoff Crème Brûlée Ice Cream, layered with a Biscoff Cookie Butter topping and chopped Biscoff cookies, complete with whipped cream, a drizzle of Biscoff Cookie Butter and a Biscoff cookie topper.
- Biscoff Cookie Signature Shake: If you prefer shakes to scoops, the Biscoff Cookie Signature Shake is basically a blended version of the sundae.
- Biscoff Cookie Cake in a Box: Last but not least, we’ve got the Biscoff Cookie Cake in a Box. This is the ideal treat for birthdays or even office parties. (The box is conveniently re-closeable, so you can save whatever’s left — if anything.)
