To make Greek salad, chop a cucumber, green bell pepper, cherry tomatoes and half of a red onion. Add olives and feta cheese, and make a bright and citrusy dressing to pour on top. The dressing is super easy and takes just a minute. To customize the dressing, you can add garlic powder and Dijon mustard.

Place the cucumber, bell pepper, cherry tomatoes, red onion, Kalamata olives and feta cheese in a large mixing bowl.

Prepare the dressing and pour it over the vegetables and cheese.

TIP: For extra flavor, allow the salad to chill briefly before serving.
