To make Greek salad, chop a cucumber, green bell pepper, cherry tomatoes and half of a red onion. Add olives and feta cheese, and make a bright and citrusy dressing to pour on top. The dressing is super easy and takes just a minute. To customize the dressing, you can add garlic powder and Dijon mustard.

  1. Place the cucumber, bell pepper, cherry tomatoes, red onion, Kalamata olives and feta cheese in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Prepare the dressing and pour it over the vegetables and cheese.
  3. Toss until everything is evenly coated.
  4. Serve immediately or refrigerate until chilled.

    Tip TIP: For extra flavor, allow the salad to chill briefly before serving.
