Preheat grill pan to medium-high.

In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic and lemon juice.

Lightly season both sides of each fillet with house and lemon pepper seasonings.

Place fish on lightly oiled grill pan. Cook for 3–4 minutes per side, until the fish flakes easily with a fork.

Brush with butter mixture and top with chopped parsley or chives if desired. Serve warm with lemon wedges.
