About this recipe

This festive fruit platter is a great way to incorporate something healthy on the holiday.

“It’s just your typical fruit platter, using fruit that is red and green and I’m going to shape it into a holiday wreath,” Jessica Holmes said. “And then I’m going to put a yogurt dip in the middle, so your family can just nibble as they wait for breakfast or brunch.”

Completed the platter with a delicious sweet yogurt dip in the middle, but you can also make the dip with cream instead.

“Your family can just nibble on this as they wait for breakfast or brunch,” Holmes said.

  4. Add raspberries around the wreath and fill in any holes.

  6. Place small bunches of mint into your wreath.
  7. Tuck bay leaves all around the wreath at the bottom.
  8. Mix together Greek yogurt, tangerine juice, honey and vanilla. Garnish with orange zest.
