About this recipe

This recipe takes tender beef steaks, grills them to perfection in just minutes and turns them into a hearty sandwich layered with fresh toppings that’s as easy to make as it is to enjoy.

“The tenderloin just makes a beautiful eating sandwich, so melt in your mouth, tender and delicious,” said Jacob Schmidt, programs director of the Utah Beef Council. “If that’s something a little bit out of your pocketbook range, you can go for a petite tender, which comes from the teres major. It’s a little less expensive but has a similar eating quality. Or you could even do a sirloin or even some flat iron.”
